I am a researcher and PhD in Nursing from University of Newcastle, Australia and University Putra Malaysia under Jointly Awarded Doctoral Degree ( JADD) program. Also, hold master of Nursing degree ( clinical leadership) from University Western Sydney, Australia. I am passionate about nursing researches, teaching, nursing environments developments and improve the policies and strategies for occupational health and safety, and create solutions for policymakers in hospitals and health providers to mitigate the work-related fatigue among nurses. I have been a leader in training and nursing healthcare skills development with organisations such as Gardenia Health services and Pacific Disability services, respectively. I remain actively committed towards learning and teaching as a tool for creating a knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated nursing workforce, both in Australia and overseas. On the personal academic development front, I have worked closely with my PhD supervisors and researchers across the healthcare industry, both within and outside Australia. I have participated and held keynote speeches and contributions in numerous conferences, workshops and seminars. I have strong research skills and have successfully completed courses in methodology, biostatistics and others. Equally, I have research experiences with nurses who work in different disciplines, support and awareness, and using fast, easy, and portable methods at nurses’ interviews. I have an intrinsic drive towards teaching, that propelled me to offer my teaching services online and on a voluntary basis to nursing bachelor’s degree students at UPM. I delight in passing knowledge and contributing towards the creation of an equipped and skilled nursing workforce globally. I have a vision of elevating the nursing profession through teaching, research, and innovation.
